•The following terms and conditions are construed in accordance with the Belgian Law and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Belgian courts. Fiestaland reserve the right to amend or supplement them. It is the responsibility of the customer to review them on our website www.fiestaland.com
•The seller is “Fiestaland”

•All prices are including VAT
•Prices can change without any notice
•When you place an order and you tick the box of acceptance during the order process, the customer is accepting the terms and conditions and authorizes the payment to cover the order.
•Payment will be charged from the customer credit or debit card as the order is processed. For security reasons, Fiestaland works together with OGONE to provide a secure payment system verifying the cardholder’s identity directly with the card issuer in real-time to increase payment security and reduce the risk of fraud.
•Delivery is available from Monday to Saturday for BENELUX with Dynalogic. For the France, Germany and UK, the service is from Monday to Friday via BPOST.
•The customer is responsible to provide a correct and accurate address. For this matter, Fiestaland, accepts no liability for non delivery if the delivery details are incorrect.
•In case of a failed delivery, the courier will leave you a notice for the customer to contact them to arrange another appointment for delivery or to collect at their offices.
•If an unlikely event causes the non-delivery of the goods on the requested date, Fiestaland will make a full refund of the delivery charge and order. This excludes extreme adverse weather conditions, accidents or other disasters.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
•Once the order has been placed, we CANNOT make changes to or cancel your order after it has been submitted on our website. Please double-check the products you ordered, shipping method and your address information before completing your order. If an error has been made, return your order once you receive it and we will refund your purchase if the return policy allows it.
•Our main concern is to provide an excellent customer service by the satisfaction of your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied, please return your purchase within 15 days in the original package (not used) so we can make a refund. Unfortunately, we can’t refund your cost of shipping and handling.
•For the clothes and shoes, you might open the original package to try them on, and if it doesn’t fit well, please send them back in the original package as best as possible, the items must not have marks of being used or washed to be able to make the refund.
•Please note that personalized items and inflated balloons can only be returned if the goods are damaged or faulty.
